Rockman X5/MegaMan X5 Hunter Rank System guide to MEH/MMH

Preface:
While I'm waiting if there will be Megaman X9, I spent my time playing the Megaman X Series form Megaman X or Irregular Hunter X to Megaman X8. Apparently, I was again curious about this Ranking System that they put into Rockman X5. When I looked into GAMEFAQS, I was a bit annoyed because the only Ranking System Guide is not that accurate I don't know if it is because I use the Xtreme difficulty or maybe there's really a flaw in the guide. I looked into wikia and you can't find any information about how this system work. Anyways this guide is what I consider and "real" and it was set on the Xtreme difficult setting of the game and tested on the Japanese version which is Rockman X5. If there's any comment a word of thanks for this guide.

8 points - 0 to 1 minute (PA only); 0 to 2 minutes (GA and below)
4 points - 2 to 3 minutes
2 points - 3 to 6 minutes
1 point - 7 minutes and beyond

8 points - 1 to 40
4 points - 41 to 80
2 points - 81 to 150
1 point - more than 150

Damage Received
8 points - 0 to16
4 points - 17 to 32
2 points - 33 to 64
1 point - more than 65

Max Damage to boss
8 points - 8 and up
4 points - 6 to 7
2 points - 4 to 5
1 point - 1 to 3
